Refund & Exchanges

Due to our exclusive small batch production we have limited items available so please note we will gladly exchange to the same value or offer a store credit for any full price items that are returned and received within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

To be eligible for a exchange, items must be unworn, in the original packaging and all swing tags still attached to the garment. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items for change of mind so please choose carefully.

About Returns. 

Remember to include your full name, order number and the reason for your return. 
We will get back to you within 2 working days with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return postal address.

All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer unless the incorrect item was sent or the item was faulty.

HOMH do not except returns for printing or weaving discrepancies, these garments are hand printed and hand woven  and any variations in the garment are part of the process and of the garments and returns will not be accepted.

HOMH is not liable for any lost or damaged return items whilst in transit.

Once returned items have been received and inspected, the store credit or exchange will be processed immediately. This does not include the initial shipping cost unless the incorrect item was sent, or the item was faulty.

 Sale Items.

All Sale items are final sale - No refund and no exchange.
We are always very happy to talk you through any fit queries.

 Stock Availability.

HOMH makes every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase, as we always dearly want everyone to have their own piece of HOMH. However, if the item (s) you have ordered is unavailable you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.
